Liya Thomas, P.A.

Liya completed her Bachelor's degree in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Theology from St. John’s University in 2018. At her time at St. John’s, she was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, National Biological Honor Society, National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, Watson Pre-Health Honor Society, and also a recipient of the National Engaged Leader award.

Liya went on to pursue a Masters in Health Administration at Hofstra University prior to completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Le Moyne College in 2023. During her clinical year, Liya did her elective rotation in dermatology with Dr. LaDuca which reinforced her passion for dermatology.

During her free time, Liya enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking and trying out different cuisines.
