Dr. Jeffrey R. LaDuca is a board certified dermatologist and has been practicing in central New York since 2002. Dr. LaDuca received a bachelors of science in biology from Lemoyne College (1989), a Ph.D. in physiology from SUNY Buffalo, Roswell Park (1994), and his M.D. from the SUNY Health and Science Center, Syracuse, NY (1998). He completed his internship at SUNY health science Center in Syracuse, and his residency in dermatology at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Dr. LaDuca is a fellow of the American Academy of dermatology. He is also a member of the state of NY medical society as well as the Cayuga and Onondaga medical societies. His teaching experience includes clinical instructor of Dermatology at the University of Rochester and he has lectured extensively to medical groups including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

Dr. LaDuca has written book chapters for the Fitzpatrick's dermatology in general medicine text and has contributed to numerous medical publications. His clinical interests include psoriasis, acne, and skin cancer, as well as cosmetic dermatology. Dr. LaDuca shares his time between two practices: Reflections Dermatology and Psoriasis Center in Auburn, and Reflections Dermatology in Skaneateles.

Jessica has worked for Dr. LaDuca as a Physician Assistant since 2005. She received a bachelor of science from Lemoyne College (2000), and a Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College (2004). She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Maggie is a 2004 graduate of LeMoyne College's Physician Assistant Program. She has been practicing in Dermatology for three years, and previously worked in General Surgery. She completed her undergraduate studies at Ithaca College in Community Health Education with a concentration in Pre-Medical Sciences. She is licensed as a Physician Assistant in New York State and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She lives in Syracuse with her husband and two children.

While working at Reflections, Elissa Gonsiewski discovered her deep interest in the skincare industry. She attended the Aesthetic Science Institute to further her education in the subject and found herself drawn to hands on and helping nature of the profession. After completing her training, Elissa obtained her New York State Esthetics license. She also holds a bachelor of science in advertising from Syracuse University. Elissa has received training from the Candela Corporation in the use and application of the gentleLASE for removal of hair and vascular lesions and has extensive knowledge of the SkinCeuticals product line.
